The firm ‘Sree Kaleswari’ was founded over three decades ago at Vijayawada of Andhra
Pradesh State in India, by Chalasani’s family. The founder Late Chalasani Krishna Rao started ‘Sree
Kaleswari Lorry Service’ for the public distribution system three decades ago. He was assisted
by his son Chalasani Ramesh @ Ravi, a commerce graduate in developing the Sree Kaleswari
Lorry Service as preferred means of goods road transport and attained customers’ satisfaction
decades together.
With vast experience in Road Transportation System Mr.Ramesh along with his wife
and son established new firm ‘Sree Kaleswari Travels’ as partnership firm in April 2003 at
Benz Circle, Vijayawada as Head Office by introducing VOLVO Buses for the first time in
coastal Andhra Pradesh. Sree Kaleswari Travels brought sea change in passenger comfort in
road transport by introducing fully air conditioned VOLVO Buses and sleeper coaches in bus
transportation.
