Assist the sales account managers directors with the maintenance of our CRM prospect / clients database
In conjunction with the sales team, identify target organization, via web research / telemarketing, identify and capture details on relevant contacts and input to our CRM system
Use telephone and email to follow up on campaigns by talking to relevant contacts and decision makers to identify business opportunities and book face-to-face appointments for the account management team.
Nurture relationships with inactive and lapsed contacts to ensure that we identify future opportunities and maximize our exposure.
Manage the accuracy and timeliness of the company and contact data held on our CRM system and provide feedback for its continual improvement.
Produce activity and marketing reports.
Assist the Client Services team on projects from time to time. .
